Villa Selrana is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Soller, in between the orange groves. From the villa and garden you will enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and Soller town.

With the renovation of the old finca, the owners have managed to make the house comfortable without loosing the authentic character of the house.

The main house comes with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom rooms. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony with a wonderful view. On the ground floor there is a cozy eat-in kitchen with a large dining table for 10 persons, a living room and a reading corner with a comfortable sofa next to the fireplace. For the colder months there is central heating.
Next to the kitchen is a covered terrace with dining area. Near the pool there is a covered lounge area with comfortable sofas.
In the garden next to the pool is a 'casita', a small apartment, with a 5th bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. An ideal place for people who want a little more privacy. There is a comfortable lounge set on the private terrace of the casita overlooking the pool.
Together with the breathtaking view, the beautiful garden and the very quiet location, yet close to beaches and restaurants, Villa Selrana is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.
There is a large trampoline in the garden for the children.
PS: please rent small cars as the road leading up to the house is very narrow.
