In the past years we have expanded our portfolio to 50 villas and apartments mostly located in the North and South West of Mallorca. We will not offer more then 50 houses in order to be able to offer a personal and customized service to our guests. In 2012 Ivanna became part of the House Mallorca team to manage the villas in the South West of the island.
We are always looking for beautiful, well-kept villas with a private pool or a renovated or new apartment on the beach. Every year some houses will disappear from our website for a various number of reasons, for example because a property is sold, this offers space for new houses. Another reason is that we like to renew our offer yearly because we believe it is important to surprise our loyal guests with new homes.
We like to share our knowledge about our houses and Mallorca in order to help you organize an unforgettable holiday.
