One of the bedrooms is on this floor, and 4 bedrooms are upstairs all with endless sea views. At the back of the house there is a very large entrance area with parking for several cars, with more spacious terraces and areas to relax or play ping pong. There is a large utility room with all one needs for laundry and extra storage. 
This is a self catering villa- if you wish to have a chef, or extra help for serving and clearing at mealtime please let us know and we will provide this at an extra charge.
